We collect your ironing from your home or workplace and return it all beautifully ironed within 24 hours.

We charge per item, this gives you a true honest price every time and allows you to budget your spend depending on what you send!

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS & PROCEDURES
We have a minimum order of £15 any bookings under this value will still be charged £15
Please note that we do not provide coat hangers these must be included with your ironing. Any items that do not need to be hung will of course be folded for you.
Please send your ironing in a bag or basket so that it remains clean whilst in transit.
Collection and delivery is free! If you need to cancel your booking we ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible so that we can then offer the booking to someone else. Any failed attempts for collection and or delivery will incur a charge of £5 each time if we have not be notified in advance that you need to cancel.
Please ensure that all laundry you send to us is always clean and freshly washed, if we feel this isn't the case we will not iron the garments and they will be returned un-ironed. We have very strict hygiene measures in place and only offer an ironing service therefore we will only accept clean items.
Any items that we receive that have any signs of damage will not be ironed and we will photograph and return to you, this is to ensure we have no discrepancies with regards to fault of damage.
All laundry sent to us for ironing must not be inside out unless this is the way you wish for it to be ironed.
